Big Gig is Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity’s annual live-entertainment festival which takes place across numerous venues in the West Midlands and beyond!

Now in its fifth year Big Gig is an opportunity for local individuals, schools, community groups and businesses to hold their very own live gig during October - December to raise funds for Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity. Since being established in 2014 over 40 local artists, musicians and entertainers have raised over £41,000 for our amazing patients.

For the first time, we’re looking to recruit a team of Big Gig Event Organisers across the West Midlands. As a Big Gig Event Organiser you will be part of a team of Event Organisers across the West Midlands and will be responsible for organising your very own Big Gig in your local area during 1 October – 31 December 2018.

If you’re an Events Management student and are looking to gain some valuable experience in the charity sector then we want to hear from you! More information on the role can be found in the documents below:
