We want to bring your whole school and community together to help fundraise for our hospital.

From bake sales to non-uniform days to Book Character Day, there are plenty of fundraising ideas for schools that can help make a real difference to our sick kids. You can also get involved with one of our own flagship events such as the Junior and Mini Run or Junior Wolf Run.

By choosing us as your charity we can work with you to plan fundraising activities that can fit into your curriculum and interests.

How fundraising can also help students/pupils

Organising a simple Great Cake Bake sale at school will demonstrate resourcefulness and communication skills e.g. advertising the event to other pupils, ‘booking’ a space in the school to have the sale etc.

Perhaps taking on our school Apprentice Challenge which is a great fundraiser providing students with excellent written and oral communication, administrative and organisational skills, confidence building, supports with commercial/business awareness, develops team working and people skills and helps show the importance of being pro-active and flexible whilst being able to include onto their CVs. All whilst raising money for our sick kids. What’s not to love?

How we can help you with your fundraising;

  • Discuss fundraising ideas that will suit your group or school
  • Host an introductory Assembly or Thank you Assembly
  • Meet with you, your school council or fundraising group to discuss event planning and maximising the fundraising ask.
  • Offer a tour of our hospital
  • Give you fundraising materials ready for your event

Register here and our regional fundraisers will be in touch to talk through your ideas with you.
